Insulated fire rated access panels for walls shall bear the Intertek/Warnock Hersey and/or Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. 1-1/2 hour “B” label with 250-temperature rise.

Un-insulated fire rated access panels for walls only shall bear the Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. label for 1-1/2 hour “B” label with NO temperature rise.

Fire rated access panels for ceilings will bear the 1-hour combustible construction, 3-hour non-combustible construction label by Intertek/Warnock Hersey.
